Quality and certification
Since its creation in 2016, the company PCS has undertaken to develop in its field, to ensure the efficient execution of its missions under controlled conditions, to be perfectly autonomous and competent to diversify its activities in the construction of telecommunication towers, metal frames and the installation of towers on site.
To contribute to its performance and sustainability, PCS has implemented an integrated management system Quality Safety Environment conforming to the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 and to provide stakeholders with a high level of professionalism service in order to create a credible image, necessary to promote confidence in clients and interested parties while providing safe and healthy working conditions for the prevention of work-related trauma and pathologies.
All PCS staff must be aware of their role in the ongoing search for continuous improvement. This concerns not only the services provided to clients, but also the performance of professional practices and compliance with the objectives of this policy. The latter is divided into the following axes:
- Comply with applicable legal and other requirements that our organization has subscribed to
- Meet the requirements and expectations of our clients and stakeholders to ensure their satisfaction
- Continuously improve the efficiency of the Integrated Management System
- Quality Safety Environment to improve IMS environmental and OSH performance
- Ensure environmental protection, including pollution prevention and any other specific commitments relevant to the body
- Increasing the safety of our personnel through the elimination of hazards and the reduction of OHS risks through effective prevention through our analyses of hazards, risks and adverse events
- Increase the productivity of our teams by improving their skills and ensuring the availability of our equipment by mastering the planning of our activities
- Increase business opportunities and access to new markets
Increase awareness and awareness and ensure consultation and participation of workers.
To this end, the Policy is communicated, disseminated, understood and applied internally to all individuals working on behalf of CSPs, and will be available to relevant stakeholders and the public.
